143.02 OUTDOOR SERVICE AREAS/SPECIAL USE PERMITS.
Properties located within areas defined as Entertainment Districts by this chapter shall not be required to obtain a Special Use Permit as described in Section 196.02 of the Municipal Code for Outdoor Service Areas.
