GENERAL CODE PROVISIONS
56.03 ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR FAILURE TO LICENSE ANIMALS.
The owner or responsible party of an unlicensed dog or cat shall be charged an additional $50 for the first offense and additional $100 for each subsequent offense.
