Beginning at the intersection of W 1st Street and SW State Street; thence southerly along SW State Street to SW Prairie Trail Parkway; thence westerly along SW Prairie Trail Parkway to SW College Avenue; thence northerly along SW College Avenue to SW 18th Street; thence westerly along SW 18th Street to SW Irvinedale Drive; thence northerly along SW Irvinedale Drive to the corporate limit line; thence clockwise along the corporate limit line to W 1st Street; thence easterly along W 1st Street to the point of beginning.
