A request for an amendment to an approved conditional use permit, including any modification of a building or use of a property, shall be submitted to the planning and zoning office, accompanied by supporting information as identified by the director. The commission shall review the amendment and make a recommendation to the council to: a) grant; b) deny; or c) modify such amendment request with any conditions deemed appropriate to continue the conditional use permit, as amended.
