7-3-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:

This chapter is applicable to all general metered service. Service will be furnished in accordance with the stipulations of this chapter and in accordance with village ordinances, and this applies to all customers located within the village, including Monte Verde V Subdivision.
