A. Traffic Engineering Evaluation: A site threshold assessment (STH) shall be required for all developing or redeveloping properties providing access points that are requested along the village roadway system, and shall be submitted with the encroachment permit application. The extent of the traffic engineering evaluation is directly related to the scope of the access improvement under consideration, or to the size and type of land use for which access is requested, as determined in the STH. The STH is available in the appendices of the "State Access Management Manual", latest edition.
B. Projected Traffic Volumes: Trip generation should be based on projected ADT as set forth in the most recent edition of the "Trip Generation Manual", published by the Institute Of Traffic Engineers. (Ord. 2007-06, 8-14-2007)
