4-2-8: ENFORCEMENT:

Any Village police officer or the Village Fire Chief or Fire Chief's designee, upon observing burning within the Village, if such is prohibited by this chapter or the person committing or permitting does not have the proper permits and approval to do so as required by this chapter, shall issue a citation or cause a complaint to be filed in the Municipal Court.
