An ordinance adopting the 2009 edition of the International Fire Code. Regulating and governing, the safe-guarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling, and use of hazardous substance, materials, and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises in the Village of Angel Fire; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees. This chapter shall meet or exceed the most current edition of the International Fire Code recognized by the State Fire Marshal's Office, a division of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.
