Any violation of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Every day that any such violation continues constitutes a separate offense. The penalty for parking in or obstructing a designated fire lane shall be a required appearance in Angel Fire Municipal Court and no less than a fifty dollar ($50.00) fine, and each occurrence thereafter shall be a penalty left to the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
