   (B)   Upon approval by the Town Clerk-Treasurer for temporary water and wastewater service, the Town Clerk-Treasurer shall notify the water utility to install a water meter at the location if necessary to provide service.    (C)   The owner/agent is responsible for paying the account in full for usage of water and wastewater during the temporary period.
   (D)   If the water and/or wastewater service is to continue longer than 30 days, the owner/agent must open an account with the town as otherwise provided and a $100 deposit is required.
   (E)   If the owner/agent does not notify the Town Clerk-Treasurer to terminate the temporary water and/or wastewater service prior to the expiration of the 30 days and does not pay the required $100 deposit, the town will remove the water meter and terminate service.
