§ 36.03 SAFETY RULES.

   The Town Council finds after deliberation the following safety rules are necessary for the town:

   (A)   Confined Space Entry Written Program;

   (B)   Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan;

   (C)   Lockout/Tagout;

   (D)   Employees Safety Procedures and Handbook;

   (E)   Personal Protective Equipment Program;

   (F)   Written Hazard Communication Program; and

   (G)   Respirator Program.
