The Town Council hereby establishes a Petty Cash Fund in the amount of $1,000 for the purpose of confidential law enforcement. The Town Marshal shall be the custodian of this Fund and shall be able to draw upon the designated amount as becomes necessary. The Town Marshal shall also be responsible for documenting and keeping records required by the State Board of Accounts.
