(A) The Town Council hereby sets up an insurance fund retroactive to February 1, 1992 to help pay the difference in the $500 deductible from the $100 that was previously paid for the employees.
(B) This Fund will contain not more than $2,400 but will be added to whenever funds are used.
(C) This fund is supported by tax levy through the General Fund.
