The Town Council has determined to set up a Sewage Depreciation Fund to start in January, 1989. The Council authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to transfer $5,000 from sewage operating to start the Fund. They also determine that 10% of the collected sewage utility charges be deposited into this Fund each month.
