§ 54.31 FINANCING OF THE FACILITIES.

   The acquisition, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of facilities and land for storm water system may be financed through:

   (A)   Proceeds of special taxing district bonds of the storm water district;

   (B)   The assumption of liability incurred to construct the storm water system being acquired;

   (C)   Service rates;

   (D)   Revenue bonds; or

   (E)   Other available funds.
