§ 54.16 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT.
   A Department of Storm Water Management is hereby established for the Town of Andrews, Indiana for the purposes of providing for the collection and disposal of storm water of the special taxing district in a manner that protects the public health and welfare and for the purpose of levying special benefit taxes for storm water collection and disposal.
