§ 92.01 PURPOSE; ADMINISTRATION.

(A) It is the purpose of this chapter to protect the public health, safety and welfare and enhance the environment of the people of the town by: (i) prohibiting Public Nuisances as defined in § 92.05, and (ii) restricting the use of Consumer Fireworks as defined in § 92.02.

(B) This chapter is to be administered by the Council and its duly authorized representative.
