§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Anyone violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25.00 for the first offense, $50.00 for the second offence, and $100.00 for each subsequent.
   (B)   Each subsequent day shall be a separate and chargeable offense.
   (C)   The fines collected for these violations shall be deposited in the town's general fund.
