§ 91.17 REDEMPTION FEES.

A redemption fee of $25 shall be collected for the first time a particular animal is impounded and $35 for the second and subsequent impounding of the same animal. To those fees shall be added a reasonable cost of feeding and caring for the animal during the period of being impounded.
