§ 91.12 WARNING NOTICES.
   Persons who violate any other provision of this chapter shall be served with a warning notice requiring the owner to comply with this chapter within ten days, unless the animal and/or public are endangered. In that event, the ten-day period may be waived by the Animal Warden.
