Each mobile home shall contain a flush toilet, sleeping accommodations, a tub or shower, kitchen facilities and plumbing and electrical connections designed for and attached to appropriate external systems, all of which shall comply with any applicable requirements of the Office of Fire Prevention and Building Safety for body and frame design and construction, and the installations and specifications of plumbing, heating and electrical systems. Each mobile home shall be connected to town water and sewer facilities, if available.
