§ 153.02 LIMITATION ON THE PLACEMENT OF MOBILE HOMES.

A mobile home shall be permitted to be placed upon land within the town in a mobile home court or park approved by the applicable regulatory authority of the state, or on a lot consisting of at least 6,000 square feet in addition to the petitioner securing a special exemption from the Town Board of Zoning Appeals.
