§ 153.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LIVING QUARTERS. Those facilities as are used or are suitable to be used by humans for more than occasional acts of sleeping, preparation of meals or sanitary functions such as bathing, dishwashing, laundering clothing or the elimination of personal biological waste material normally processed in a sewer or septic system.
   MOBILE HOME. Movable or portable living quarters constructed to be towed on its own chassis, connected to utilities for human occupancy, either alone or in conjunction with other components, and truck bodies, tents, bus bodies, railroad cards while off tracks, and all improvised shelters which may be transported or towed from one place to another without the use of conventional house moving equipment.
