(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 30.29 shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500 for each offense. A complaint for violation seeking the imposition of the fine may be filed with any court of competent jurisdiction.
