(A) Liquor retailer’s permits may be issued to duly qualified applicants by the State Alcoholic Beverage Commission with respect to premises located within the town.
(B) In all respects, this chapter shall be construed with I.C. 7.1, and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto. Nothing contained in this section shall enlarge upon or restrict the rights of any holder of a liquor retailer’s permit as set forth in I.C. 7.1.
