(A) Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-4(a), as amended, certain public records listed therein are exempted from public disclosure and may not be disclosed unless access to the record is specifically required by a state or federal statute or is ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction under the rules of discovery.
(B) The town hereby has exercised its discretion to exempt from disclosure the public records listed in I.C. 5-14-3-4(b), as amended.
