§ 30.05 CELL PHONE USE; TOWN EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The town has five cell phones: three for the full-time police officers; and two for the utility workers.
   (B)   Only three personal phone calls per day incoming or outgoing is permitted by the user unless it is an emergency.
   (C)   For any overage charge due by misuse of cell phones, the employee will be responsible to pay.
   (D)   All personal cell phones shall remain in their personal vehicles or at the office of the employees’ work places during working hours.
   (E)   If an employee is out of town for training, they will be able to call home twice a day. If there is a charge for this service, the town will be responsible to pay for that charge within reasonable time spent on the phone.
   (F)   Any lost or stolen cell phone shall be reported to the supervisor and service for the cell phone shall be cancelled.
