These services will be available to the general public at the following rate:
(A) Copies: $0.25 per page, black and white; $0.50 per page, color.
(B) Outgoing fax: $1.50 for the first page, and $0.75 for subsequent pages.
(C) Incoming fax: $1.00 per page;
(D) Legal documents copies: $1.00 per page.
