SCHEDULE III. SCHOOL ZONES; SPEED LIMITS.

   (A)   On or after the effective date of this schedule, the following areas shall be designated as school zones:

      (1)   McKeever Street between State Street and Leedy Lane. The speed limit on McKeever Street other than the school zone shall be 30 mph;

      (2)   Leedy Lane between McKeever Street and Jefferson; and

      (3)   Jefferson Street between Leedy Lane and State Street.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle at a speed of more than 20 mph within a school zone during school hours and/or when children are present.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of this schedule shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount to be determined by the County Court.
