(A) (1) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss or damage incurred by the town by reason of that violation.
(2) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, or continue any violation beyond any time limit provided for remediation, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50 for each violation. Each day in which any violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

(B) (1) Any person found to be violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 52.065 through 52.069 shall be served by the Town Marshal with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a ten-day time limit for its satisfactory correction. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the stated time limit shall be guilty of an infraction and upon a court determination thereof, shall be subject to a fine in an amount of $25. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense. Further, any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.065 through 52.069 shall be liable to the town for any and all expense, loss or damage to the town by reason of the violation.
(3) In cases of a repeated violation or violations, the Town Council may revoke permission to discharge into the sewer system, and affect the discontinuance of water or sewer service, or both, as reasonably determined by the town to be appropriate in the circumstances, all in accordance with the requirements of applicable authority. In the event of such action a written explanation shall be mailed to the customer’s account address and also left at the tap premises not later than one business day following that action. Each such action shall be reported at the next regular meeting of the Town Council.
