6.30.105   Smoking prohibited—Public bus stops, schools and day care facilities.
   Smoking is prohibited and is unlawful within twenty-five (25) feet of a public bus or transit stop, and within one hundred (100) feet of any school or day care facility. (Ord. 6591 § 1 (part); October 29, 2024.)
