Pursuant to State Density Bonus Law (California Government Code sections 65915, et seq.), if the applicant is proposing to provide affordable units in exchange for an increase in density, concessions, incentives, or waivers/modifications of development standards, the affordable units required to fulfill the density bonus may also count as affordable units required by this chapter, provided they also meet, or exceed, the requirements outlined in this chapter.
