6.101.060   EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This chapter shall take effect on January 1, 2024. If a hotel employer is unable, after exercising reasonable diligence, to procure sufficient personal security devices by January 1, 2024 to equip its hotel workers as required by this chapter, it may apply for an extension of time as provided in the Administrative Regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
