Dedication of street rights-of-way, public utility easements and other public works and improvements shall be required in connection with any work pertaining to the erection, construction, reconstruction, moving, conversion, alteration or addition to any building or structure within this Zone as otherwise required pursuant to Section 18.40.060 (Dedications and Improvements).
