Boundaries of the zones established by this title, the classification of property uses therein, or other provisions of this title may be amended, exceptions made therefrom, or conditional uses permitted in accordance with the facts, conditions, procedures and required showings specified in Chapter 18.60 (Procedures) and Chapter 18.72 (Specific Plans) of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
