Dedication of streets, public utility easements and other public works and improvements shall be required in connection with any work pertaining to the erection, construction, reconstruction, moving, conversion, alteration or addition to any building or structure within this zone in accordance with the provisions of Section 18.40.060 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
