The regulations set forth in this chapter provide for the orderly development of The Summit of Anaheim Hills community. These development standards are applicable to the 'Specific Plan Area' described in the Specific Plan No. 88-2 document labeled "Exhibit A," as approved by the City Council on November 1, 1988, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk, as the same may hereinafter be amended. These standards provide for the arrangement, development and use of a variety of residential housing types and open space consistent with the intent, purpose and goals of the City of Anaheim General Plan and Zoning Code. Application of these regulations is specifically intended to provide the most appropriate use of the land, create a harmonious relationship among land uses, and protect the health, safety and welfare of the community.
