In approving minor conditional use permits and conditional use permits, the approval authority may establish such conditions as it may determine to be reasonably necessary to safeguard and protect the public health and safety, promote the general welfare, and ensure the development of any use authorized in accordance with approved plans, provided such conditions are reasonably related to the impacts of the use of the property for which the minor conditional use permit or conditional use permit is requested.
