Not later than ten (10) days after approval, conditional approval, or denial of a permit application or an appeal, the Planning Department shall prepare and mail to the applicant and property owner a formal written notice of the action. The notice shall contain a statement of conditions applied to the permit, if applicable. The decision shall not become final until the specified appeal period has elapsed without an appeal having been filed. For permits that require an action by the Planning Commission, Planning Department staff will prepare a summary of the Planning Commission’s actions and make the summary available at the Planning Department, and on the City’s website, within 24 hours of the conclusion of the meeting.
