When an application for a minor conditional use permit is deemed complete, a public notice shall be provided to the owners and occupants of neighboring properties located within a distance that is consistent with the radius specified in the Section 18.60.100 of this chapter. Such notice shall include general explanation of the matter being considered and a general description of the location of the subject property, and shall be sent not less than ten days prior to any action taken on such application by the Planning Director.
