.010 Any violation or failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall render a person guilty of a misdemeanor, and such person shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.01.370 (Violations of Code–Penalty) of Chapter 1.01 (Code Adoption and Construction).
.020 In addition to the penalties hereinabove provided, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance, and may be, by this City, summarily abated as such, and each day such condition continues shall be regarded as a new and separate offense.
