The purpose of this chapter is to provide for and promote the orderly growth and development of sites for mobile home parks, consistent with the City's goal of accommodating alternative housing types and to balance the interests of mobile home park owners and mobile home owners. It is also intended to mitigate the herein identified relocation challenges and adverse effects of displacement upon the displaced mobile home owners when a park is converted to another land use.
