Within the area designated as a Regional Commercial District, the requirements contained in Chapter 18.08 (Commercial Zones) for the C-R Regional Commercial Zone shall apply, except that regulations for the display of temporary signs, specified in Section 18.38.240 (Special Events) of Chapter 18.38 (Supplemental Use Regulations), shall apply to existing commercial uses previously established within the underlying industrial zone.
