18.22.060   RESIDENTIAL USES.
   Except for senior citizens' apartment projects as defined in Chapter 18.50 (Senior Citizens' Apartment Projects), residential uses in the (BCC) Overlay Zone may only be permitted subject to a conditional use permit, and subject to the conditions and required showings of Chapter 18.66 (Conditional Use Permits).
