Fees for the purpose of defraying the expenses incidental to the processing of applications, permits and appeals for the uses identified in this chapter shall be amounts established by resolution of the City Council. Such fees shall be in addition to any business license fee which is required to be paid pursuant to Chapter 3.32 of this Code.
