The purpose of this chapter is to define allowable land uses and property development standards, including intensity of development, for the public, semi-public and special-purpose zones, in order to produce healthy, safe, and attractive neighborhoods within the City of Anaheim, consistent with the policy direction in the Anaheim General Plan.
