Parcels created by land subdivision within the Industrial Zone shall not be required to have frontage on a public street, except that each such parcel shall have access, for ingress and egress, to a public street at a location approved by the Public Works Department, pursuant to a recorded easement agreement approved as to form and content by the City Attorney, Planning Department and Public Works Department.
