17.20.130 TIME LIMIT FOR COMMENCEMENT OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR SURFACE MINING OPERATIONS.
   The time limit for commencing a surface mining operation that is permitted pursuant to this Chapter shall be as provided in Chapter 18.66 "Conditional Use Permits." (Ord. 5699 § 1 (part); September 21, 1999.)
