.010 A permit from the City Manager shall be obtained:
.0101 For drilling or redrilling operations in connection with the exploration for or the production of petroleum, or for the purpose of secondary recovery;
.0102 To erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish any structure.
.020 No permit shall be required for well servicing or maintenance of or for any structure for which a building permit is not required. (Ord. 2196 § 1 (part); October 19, 1965.)
