The approval of lot line adjustments and subsequent review and approval of deeds are ministerial acts and not subject to CEQA. The City Engineer shall approve or deny the lot line adjustment based on compliance with the requirements specified by the City Engineer in documents on file in the Public Works — Engineering Department, including compliance with Titles 15 and 18. The City Surveyor shall recommend to the City Engineer approval or denial of the lot line adjustment based on compliance with the requirements outlined in the Land Surveyors Act.
